Learn how to prepare healthy, vegan meals one-on-one with me in a personalized Kitchen Coaching session. The menu will vary, depending on your interests and needs. Learn various cooking techniques and how to prepare different foods, as well as vegan nutrition basics. When we’re done, you’ll have meals to enjoy for the next few days.
Class takes place in my home and run approximately 2 hours.*
3-4 dishes will be prepared.
Session includes all groceries, recipes, and you’ll get to keep all of the meals at the end of the class.
