It is a traditional Rajasthani curry of shallow fried chickpea dumplings in spicy yogurt gravy which is now known in the vegan circles as Burmese tofu !!

A very popular dish in north Indian menu is Gatta Curry. This dish truly takes me back home to Rajasthan and it is quite a favorite with my family here too. Although it is a little time consuming but the wait is well worth the work. My mouth is watering as I write about it ....

Tom Kha gai or coconut soup is a spicy and sour coconut soup. The hardest part of making this soup is finding the ingredients. You can almost make a meal out of it by serving it with steamed rice noodles or brown and white rice . I also add a bunch of vegetable to it to make it wholesome and substantial.
