Garlic Naan

Naan is the most popular Indian flatbread in the United States. However, my family could never eat it in a restaurant because they put an egg in it. Since gluten-free naan is unavailable in the market, I converted the traditional quick wheat naan recipe to a gluten-free one. My kids love the results, and now I make it once a week.
