Kitchen Secrets
The key to vegan cooking is to have a well stocked pantry. There are some generic pantry items that are staple to the vegan diet. With most of my recipes I use a blend of the spices. I have a masala dan (spice box) that keeps all of the daily spice at arms reach. These spices can be altered, blended and mixed together into producing intensely flavorful and satisfying foods. The most important thing to keep in your kitchen is an abundance of fresh vegetables and fruits.
