 Recently my friend asked me if I knew what chickpea flour tofu was, and the name reminded me of a traditional Rajasthani dish called Pitor Ki Sabzi . It is a conventional Rajasthani curry of shallow fried chickpea dumplings in spicy yogurt gravy, which in the vegan world is known as Burmese tofu !!

I love Dal , Indian lentil soup . I often experiment with different flavors to keep it fresh an interesting in the Kitchen .The basic Mung dal is often eaten in the Indian kitchen with chappati and rice. It's a staple in our house , here I make it in a soup form with leafy greens This recipe makes it a meal in itself and cooking it in an Insant pot makes a one pot wonder .
