Yay finally found a recipe that we all love. These brownies were not too fudge but are moist and chocolaty, with crispy edges and crackly tops.  It calls for essential pantry ingredients and as for a gluten-free recipe, just use 1-1 gf baking flour. It's hardly more complicated than using a mix. Try it today😊

Garlic Naan

By |2021-09-29T22:24:17+00:00October 13th, 2020|Indian|

Naan is the most popular Indian flatbread in the United States. My family could never eat it in the restaurant as they put an egg in theirs. There is no gluten-free Naan available in the market, so I converted the traditional recipe for quick wheat naan to a gluten-free one. My kids were absolutely floored with the results, and now I make it once a week.
